Anybody knows if Mercy Care (Health Inc.) covers Gastric Byp surgery....?

If so how long it takes for approval and what would i need to get approved. i have been overweight all my life i been on all kinds of diets since i was 16 years old and im 28 now and NOTHING has worked for me so hopefully this will give me a tool to stay healthy.
