Do you think this song empowers ladies?

Ladies, I've gone thru my struggles, even in these streets, if you wanna know ask, but do you think this song empowers women? I think Tupac was a poet and thru all my "stuff" I've gone thru this song brings me up from thinking I'm all alone, it's like somebody felt for us and he actually put it out there to tell us we got to keep our head up and it helps me. It took me luving it and listening to it about 7 times in a row and I raised my head up ( and thought clearly or whatever).
