Which of these stores are expensive?

Okay, I've never heard of most of these, but I know that Kitson is on the pricey side, and American Apparel is mid-range (like $24 for a t-shirt). Marc Jacobs is a designer and is very expensive, like $1000 for a purse and $300 for a top. Look at the websites to get a better idea.
