Is this or just an ingrown hair?

Don't be using Anything until you get a REAL diagnosis from a Dr. And no one can tell you what it is because we are not Dr's.. and you have not been examined. You need to go immediately because it could be a variety of things where there a variety of different medications to treat that particular problem Understand? I hope so, now go ot the Dr or ER:)
