MOther not following court order, please help.?

Thanks everybody for reading, my question is what will happen if the mother of my son doesn't follow the court order. I was granted 50/50 last yr in september. She makes more money than me therefore she is entitled to pay me 389 a month and the judge asked if she is paying any daycare. At that time she was on public istant, so she only paid 177 but she told the judge that she's paying 600. The judge split that 600 in half and she would still owe me 89 dollars. but I told the judge to drop the child support and have her pay the full amount of the day care. Now that she no longer qualified for the public istant(and it's still not 600 dollars that she told the judge. it's 500 instead, so basically she's been lying to the judge all these time), she wanted me to half it with her if not she will pull our son out of the daycare. I'm already paying 224 for his monthly health insurance and she gets to claim him as an exemption. She said it doesn't matter if it's a court order, i should half it with her. I don't agree with her, so should i take her back to court? thanks for reading.
