I have a 1990 dodge daytona the transmission is stuck in limp?

Its V6 3.0 automatic 4 speed with overdrive transmission it is stuck in limp i have had it hooked to the computer it came back to replace the shift sensor i did still did not fix it I was hoping you might be able to help.. do you think i might need to get a new Transmission Shift Solenoid??? please help
