Can someone help give me a diagnosis?

I've been having this problem for about two years. Every so often, I get this horrible pain in my stomach, and I can't eat or drink anything without throwing it back up. I can't keep anything down for about a solid week, then I end up going to the hospital. This is my 4th attack,and its my worst yet. I'm a diabetic and I have acid reflux disease and I also have thyroid problems. My doctors don't know what to do, they have ruled out gall bladder problems. Can someone help me?
