Christians, can you please clarify what is going on here?

I have been wondering about that verse for quite some time. There are many commentaries online about what it may mean. They are very interesting. I am just going to vote for the candidate I think is worthy (Ron Paul) and leave the rest to God. Its my responsiblity to vote for a good man...not to win the election for someone in particular.
