Fallout 3 trapped by super mutants?

im able to do it fine on the xbox version on played abit of the pc version it certainly harder but i used my xbox box xontroll on my laptop and it now easy again if your stuck and really desperated i suggest using console commands here is a a link on how to use them and a list on console commands you can use basically its cheating or if your making videos it helps out
