How many replacement QBs have led a football team to glory?

Todd Collins becomes another replacement QB for the Redskins who could lead them to glory in the playoffs. Of course Doug Williams replaced Jay Shroeder and won the Super Bowl the same year. Hostetler came in for Simms and won a Super Bowl, and of course Brady replaced Bledsoe and won a Super Bowl. I'm interested....are there any others??
