Should I be concerned?

I have been having "contractions" for the past week. They have been irregular. Ranging from pretty painful to slight twinges randomly. I have also noticed a watery, thin discharge. Today I have also noticed that my belly looks smaller. He has still been moving. I think it might be slightly less, but its pretty predictable...I know he will start moving around when I get really hungry and after I eat. Last night he was moving quite a bit when I was trying to go to bed.
