What board should i buy?

flexible, light boards are meant more for park and pipe riding, so in your case you want to go with an all mountain (freestyle board) this will be as well light but more on the medium side of stiffness, since you want a firmer board when there is ice or hard snow! As well if your not too into tricks and intense carving go for the lower priced model and rebuy a better board once your more confident (roughly 2-3 seasons is a good time to purchase new boards)
