Why is weed made out to be such a huge drug like crack?

Alcohol is legal, a horrible thing that's gotten me knee deep in sh*T for how dumb it's made me act. Something that weed couldn't do and never has done to me. Some people have compared it to crack, well one thing is, weed is Natural, crack is made in a lab. Cigarettes cause more damage than weed does because of the additives. Even SCIENCE proved it to have beneficial while having little negative side effects. (Libertarian)
