Best way off losing weight?

Boxing certainly will burn a lot of calories but only if you can keep it up for an extended (at least 40 minutes) period of time. Pick something you can do for almost an hour at same rate. Start by walking if boxing really interest you then go for walk then finish with a few minutes of boxing oer time slowly increase the boxing time. As for food plans if you were in a position where you were thinking of a gastric byp surgery then you will need a very personalized menu plan. The cookie cutter (weight watchers, jenny craig, nutrisystem, etc) are going to be difficult for your body to adapt properly too. I am uming that you BMI is over 30 and your body fat percentage is over 35%. I would recommend having a nutritionist develop a program.
