Im sick and have a fever but cannot sleep or eat?

I've been sick for three days with sinus pressure, congestion, sore throat and cough. I have a fever of 102, and can't sleep for the life of me- I only got 4 hours of sleep last night because I woke every half hour in pain. I haven't eaten in days, and have been throwing up phlegm. I have tried to drink water and immediately vomit. Any advice?
