Responsibility tips!!?? PLEASE DON'T SKIP THIS QUESTION!!! HELP NEEDED!!!?

Okay please don't skip reading these details. I really want a sugar glider if you don't know what that is you can look it up. You could refer to it as a flying possum. Anyway, before I get one, my parents want me to show them responsibility. Now, this is my THIRD time trying to convince them to get me a pet, so I've already shown them plenty of responsibility. Do you have any tips on how to show them I'm prepared and ready to take care of a pet all by myself? I know I'm ready!! Or should I tell them that I'm ready for an answer because I've shown them responsibility already? Please give me some tips, and fast please!!
