Should an Obama-supporting lawyer from NY be able to prevent the DNC delegates from FL and MI from being count

i say no. whet gets me is WHY did these 2 states break the rules to Begin with? All it did was hurt themselves, or was that the intent?? Lots of voters in those states got ripped of by there own state leaders!!
