I don't know how to masturbate?

Im 14 and I haven't reached puberty yet. I sometimes feel like masturbating and i can't seem to do it. I dont find any pleasure in it. I have tried it in bed and in the shower. I don't want to look at or anything cause' i dont want to risk getting viruses. I also dont want to have my mom know if i buy a vibrator so is there any way i can bring myself pleasure with only my fingers or something like that? I just dont think i know how to do it :/ Thanks :)
