What city has the highest UVR exposure?

I am doing a genetic simulation on the evolution of human skin pigmentation and my experiment requires placing populations in an area with the highest UVR exposure so that I can see how the alleles evolve over time for natural selection. I am uming this place is some where along the equator, but I am trying to find out which city/area has the highest exposure to better suit my experiment. Thanks in advance. Best answer will be given by the end of the day. Also, if you have any recommended situations/other tips for this experiment I am doing regarding any other facts, processes I should include for this simulation let me know!
